You're right, people SHOULD get expert advice. But because we just brought this up on this message board, someone who may not have ever even thought of such a thing may now think about it enough to look into it further from experts. You never know...it could even be a submissive who will one day be with a dominant who will decide one night to give them an ice water enema....and because of this thread and the curiousity that it generated in them to research the issue further, they will know to tell that dominant that it is not an activity they wish to consent to.

Note that it is increased risk, just like smoking, just like wine enemas, just like breathplay just like ......alotta shit we do, now I would be more inclined to fuck you in the ass than shove icecubes in it, and hey, there are going to be a lot of folks get away with this, time and time again, and there are gonna be those that dont, but hey, shoving icecubes up a girls ass and then having her cakk on me right there is gonna make me lose my hardon, and thats a risk I aint about to take.
