Sorry for the snark but seriously your reported it, hide the profile and move on, there are a thousand things in the world i find offensive, i still see profiles with it as a kink, and people are into such a thing. People come to this site with their wants and needs and create a profile to fulfill it. Its not your place or my place to judge what is right for someone to enjoy and whats not. Its for the moderators and those who look at the reports.

Remember those who live in glass houses should be wary of throwing stones.

Last I checked saying the N word was not against the law, Or wanting a relationship based on race differences. I also was not aware that posting an objectionable profile picture was against the law either.

Or that you owned the site or were the final say in what is and what is not allowed on the site.

Just because you dont agree with it doesnt make it illegal, but im happy to be "ignorant" and a "fool" if it makes you feel better about yourself.

I dont think peeps who find calling out the N word as folks throwing stones, living in glass houses. The N word is wrong used by a white man that is all there is to it.

I understand your agony about it lally, and I personally dont think it is a matter of your freaking kink is not mine. It is something much worse and way more disgusting than that.

This site is USA based....all posters are governed by USA federal law to adhere to to laws of the sites country of registration.

It is exactly the same as the age of consent being 18 in some countries.
Those who's nationalities have an age of consent of 16 posting explicit content on a site with a registration in a country who's age of consent is 18 makes it illegal.
It's not the laws of the posters nationality who makes the content legal or not it's the sites country of registration that does.

The general terms of service for the site ARE different from the terms of service of what is allowable in a profile.

I posted in 53 the general terms of service for the site regarding the sites liability, as well as content.

AngelikaJ-

However what you should expect should be outlined in the general terms. If the profile is as offensive as people have made it out to be the other side will pull it for such content. In the mean time there is a hide button that is available to remove profiles from showing up.

Much like many emphasize block and delete. Im emphasizing the hide button.

If a profile violates the TOS, report it. If not, live and let live. I wasn't aware that poor taste was a TOS violation.
