I copy and pasted the sites terms of service as my proof.

You are saying all of this, And ive been on google and cant find a single case of what you are saying where nigger is a word that is not allowed to appear on any web site ever. Or where choke play is not allowed to appear on a web site ever.

Please do offer what is your saying I have to provide to prove my point.

The sites terms of service which you agreed to when you signed up said hey look some of the shit you find here is gonna be offensive to you, but its not our job to censor it.

TOS will always have to fall within the federal laws of the sites country of registration.
Failing that the TOS leaves the site owner legally vulnerable.

This is it in a nut shell...

First comes the federal law pertaining to sites registered country, it's content under it's understood auspices.

Then the TOS of a site registered with in "that" country reflects and echos the laws of it's registered country, lest the registered owner breaches the law in it's intent, letter or spirit.

It trickles down from law, to ownership to moderation.

Each step has to have the country of registrations federal law firmly in mind in order to have the site beyond reproach.
All moderation's are recorded to show transparency and justifaction to any higher power (read : court of law) who requests proof as per subpoena.

look the profile was disgusting, you didnt see it. i made a comment on here because i was genuinely appalled by it. my freedom to use these 'free' boards was thus executed. the fact that people see this as whining is up to them, i dont have a problem with how anyone wishes to decipher the point of this thread.

for me it was an appalling example of some seriously out of order racism, hidden within the auspices of a BDSM site.
