Your inability to problem solve is emblematic of the whole NI question as it pertains to British rule.

I was not sure what to think of my friend Rorie's story on how Brits are rude to the Irish when over there.  But- I can see there is a disdain.  You blame all of the Irish for the % who fuel the IRA.

Whats more - A solution is inconvenient for you to even spend a few minutes on a post.   As- it were-  "special needs".   Maybe that is why the UK is a police state.  Because too many outsiders are undesirables who have "special needs. "

Or would the class system, and title thing yous do- does this mean they are a lesser people?

You have titles there.  So- right there- that suggests that all men are not created equal.



Last time I checked, they had inherited wealth in your country as well.

Northern Ireland. the troubles is a very complex situation very few including myself thoroughly understanding it all. For a starters you got religion, Christians fighting Christians and at one time due to a history programme I watched recently, the lowest denominator in Ireland, the target for everyone was the Jew, they got the shittiest end of the stick from all and that only as far back as the first twenty years of the twentieth century.

After religion, you got Irish/ British entanglements, but one thing I do know about the Irish, is that they are a fighting race, they fight for the hell of it, they call it fun. This was also the choice sport in my home city, Liverpool, the Scousers who were largely of Irish descent,( possibly Ireland is the origin of the Scouse accent ) also fought for the hell of it, they used to bash hell out of their friends and then shake hands at the end of it, as it was all fun, with no feelings bent out of shape, weird lot.

So, of all the differences I am aware of, any could be attached to anything as a reason to fight, for fighting many Irish like, a one time warrior race and pure Keltic, perhaps it is in their genes to fight.

I'm not sure that arguing that the ignorant celts don't know any better and can't be trusted not to fight is much of a solution. That's often cited as an argument against home rule, isn't it?
(Or at least it was back in the 'fifties. I'd hoped things might have moved on a bit since then...)

Wales is not entirely welsh, they are heavily diluted with other Britons, plus being part of the mainland, their anger was quelled long ago.

but it is a Keltic thing to scrap.

And we aspire toward a more perfect union.


So- the country is not perfect.  But we broke from the Crown for a reason.
