Heathrow Responds To Big Freeze By Freezing Passengers Heathrow responded to Britain’s big freeze by freezing the passengers who were left stranded at the airport after all flights were cancelled, according to eyewitnesses.

I don't think you need eyewitnesses to determine if flights are cancelled or not in this day and age.

It snows every year.   They should be prepared for it.

It didn't snow three years ago at Heathrow to my knowledge, I could be wrong but I don't think it did. The reason they are unprepared is because it is unusual.

If the 500yr return rainfall event happens on your watch everyone says you should have known about it. Yeah you know about it but who is going to pay for dealing with it?

SL- IMO airports are not the best use of infrastructure.

High speed trains would be better.  By the time- I get door to door from here to Chicago-- 640 miles- it is not that much harder to drive.

A high speed rail will be ideal- but we will never see it in the US.

In some parts of the world, traveling in December can include a gamble - delays for high traffic and weather.  I can recall sitting on the tarmac at Pittsburgh, a few days before xmas,  for almost 30 minutes, waiting for a spot to disembark.

So are Heathrow run by the same ItaloBritZionist conspiracy as Goldman Sachs and the Royal family, then?

Well if they cant handle a bit of snow- what good are they?   The model is broken- it needs to be re-worked.  A dismal failure.

So that whole free market model you yanks seem to regard the way that Jihadists regard Mohammed is a pile of shit and we need government control of everything to make sure it works properly, then?

(That wasn't answering my question, btw: try again.)

come back to reality hunky what part of ..."These are absolutely ... freak weather conditions," he added. "We've not seen a storm like this in 20 years."
did you not get??
I moved to canada for the winters(amongst other things)
last year and this year they(england) have had more snow than toronto has had ...and last week they had to get rescuers out on a highway here(outside toronto)  because people got stuck in a whiteout situation and were in trouble for a couple of days.
Ive had more white christmas's here in canada than I ever had in the UK

It is not a "dismal failure".  You used similar words about the Metrodome tears, after it had snowed 17 inches.  Is there no place in your world for things to not work perfectly??

Don't confuse him with facts: he'll just get upset and throw another tantrum about you supporting the system and being a willing servant of the Suits.

Well at least Canada can deal with snow.

It is only December- in the northern hemisphere.  Hello?

And Moon--   if they are incompetent- then the easy fix is for people to stop funding it.

I have a good answer to that.

So who runs Heathrow, and what sinister group of zionist bankers are determined to see that they remain in business, then?

What do you think would happen if it would snow in LA? Would there be a crisis? I bet there would be...

Btw were you stuck in Heathrow or why are you so upset about a problem with the weather?

Because it happened in Britain, and so is further proof that the Queen (who is either running, or being run by Goldman Sachs) isn't competent to run a country.
