Obama has not changed since day one. He has one answer for everything. Spend more money. Now he calls it investment instead of stimulus. He is an empty suit.

to bad that is a lie huh?

people know so LITTLE about life!

quote:

Nexum From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Nexum was a debt bondage contract in the early Roman Republic. The debtor pledged his person as collateral should he default on his loan. Nexum was abolished by the Lex Poetelia Papiria in 326 BC.

Nexum was a form of mancipatio, a symbolic transfer of rights that involved a set of scales, copper weights, and a formulaic oath.[1] Under the nexum contract, a free man became a bond slave, or nexus, until he could pay off his debt to the indebted, or obaeratus. Varro derives the term nexum from nec suum, "not one's own," and although this etymology is incorrect in the view of modern scientific linguistics, it illuminates the Roman understanding of the term.[2]

you are a slave neo!

people need to STOP for one second and think!

if you pop a kid tomorrow he has a debt around his neck to the tune of 40,000 bucks that he has to pay off the second he hits the floor!

They use a different word or words to describe the same thing and then claim what was abhorrent has been abolished!

"syntax terrorism"!

Thats only for the ON BOOK accounting!

that is and always has been known since the beginning of time as SLAVERY!

BOND SLAVERY!

People enslave themselves through ignorance.

not the same thing taz.

the "debt" runs across all lines and classes regardless of who you are if you operate within a given society that has the debt.

This is with regard to the full faith and credit clause, the misuse by both society and the gubmint and the imposition of the democracy upon the rights of those in the republic.

That is slavery as pure and simple as it can get.

the irony is people think themselves free which gives a whole new spotlight to the person who said:

NONE are more hopelessly lost than slaves who think they are free

when slavery is a way of life how can a slave ever see it differently when they do not know and cannot calculate there is the other side to the fence in front of them?

Meaning it was NOT abolished only and are you ready for this?

And there was an end in sight to the servitude... making it servitude and not slavery.

you can laugh and poke fun because I used an example that is so obvious its like getting hit in the head with a 2 x 4, but others are not so obvious.

When you go to court and are asked if you "under-stand the charges" it can mean anything from the way linguistically challenged idjits of america know it which is the synonymous to "comprehend" all the way back to contract law which is do you under-write or stand-under (as in be the surety of and for, meaning agree to the:) the charges being levied against you by the charging officer.

If that is the way the judge construes it there is nothing you can say after that, that you can use in your defense and you are guilty by your own foolish admission!

My point being one and the same, the BAR and their pals in collusion use syntax terrorism to extort money from people.

because they can!  Because you (generically speaking) let them and many times even agree with them.

have you under-stood and gotten out of any traffic tickets lately?  LOL

If I have to use phonetic prestidigitation, or panjandromonious phraseology, or unintentional intent, or like a loquacious spider monkey lavishly lapidary the law according to the Magna Charta, and only make it not worth their time to fine me for a traffic ticket they can have my $50 bucks and piss on it.

I am outta there to go get drunk.

And yet we sell fiat dollars- while holding and refusing the give the gold back to Germany, France and Japan.   Even tho they have all asked for it back.

It is actually quite brilliant.  We give them paper or digits on the screen- while we hoard to gold at Fort Knox- and in the WTC.

I don't know why we continue to call the speech a "State of the Union." What union can there be in a nation filled with so much selfishness and greed? I don't think United States describes us anymore. Our government isn't for the people. It's for the corporations. Why not just re-name ourselves Corporate America?

Because the President is required to report to Congress on the state of the union.

While not required in this form, tradition has done so with an annual address.

The rest is pointless whining. Enjoy.
