Amazingly enough, my opinion about the OP came from the mother and the child. Considering the teacher and the school have said very little, what the mom and kid have said was not abuse, not bullying, nor harrassment.

I'd be mad If some teacher stappled something to my kids cloths because the holes she's tearing into my kids school cloths an making them wear an tear faster, screw the "humiliation" part lol. Hell, i remember when we were "humiliated" or openly "punished" in school that the other kids saw and yes sometimes laughed at you for getting in trouble. What is this world coming too when a mother goes to the NEWS to bitch because her kid had a NOTE stapled to his shirt because she hasn't taught him that he needs to be quiet and LISTEN to the authority of the TEACHER in school rather than talking so much a note to her gets sent home. Again, good grief. angel

You have whined and blamed your teacher for your problems, while excusing your parents behavior.. which I find deplorable... their behavior and your own. You want to continue to live in the past? Be my guest. Dont expect the rest of us to go along for the ride. And, please, dont tell me at 35 you are just getting over the trauma of being called a liar at age 5. I am quite sure you had much more traumatic things happen to you since then. I was molested at 5 and didnt carry that with me that long.

Tazzy its not worth it... I know Im not a bully, I know Im not someone who beats up on someone else, her inability to face her own actions and know those actions have consequences will happen one day... what you or I say wont matter until one day the law steps in slaps cuffs on her hands and shes thrown in jail... Thats the sad reality of what is going to happen to the majority of children whos parents wont teach them personal responsibility.... They wont learn until its forced upon them in such a negative way it sticks.
