Why do you keep making unfounded accusations tommie?

Do a little search on my nick, my friend, I was up front and first at the outset of this a couple years ago, Obama ain't never been, nor never will be my guy.  I believe it was in a post in answer (and I think with a quotation of) TheHeretic, among others that stand out in my mind from those days. In any case, I will say it again, Obama ain't my guy, but thank an upright walking god that hipshooter and the rouge ain't in that office.

So, when it comes to healthcare, Big business is bad, and socialists shouldn't let big business dictate policy.  When it comes to oil, Big business is good, and  socialists should let them dictate policy.  When it comes to Government interfering in others lives and well being, Wisconsin nutsuckers should dictate policy to the socialists.  When it comes to taxes Big business should dictate policy to the socialists, because they might throw us a bone at a minimum wage job.  When it comes to Making war, Big Business-Big Government (the military industrial complex) should dictate policy to the socialists, because we have the only viable system worthy of the planet.

Ad nauseam.   Yeah tom, talk about fuckin gibberish and scaring people and ruining the country.

You forget your original point, you were crying and complaining that because of the potential cost of lawsuits nothing should ever be attempted. The lawyers own us, and we should just bend over for them you say.

I say fuck that, fuck you, fuck the lawyers, fuck Obama (who is a lawyer) and fuck the party of the blood sucking lawyers, the democrats

mnottertail -> RE: Wisconsin loses collective bargaining (3/12/2011 8:08:05 AM)

Well, another reason to keep republicans out of the presidency then, they couldn't field a justice department (some of that is constitutional) nor a --- supreme court?

I will leave it to you to define this as an attack upon your person, or gibberish, as is your wont, rather than a reductio ad absurdium. Or go off on some other tangent of non sequiturs unrelated to the actual realities.

Your eliding method is up to you, after all it is a free world.

The crying and complaining as you call it was that it was not so, but a pointing out of  an unneccesary and devastating expense for a lurid ideological cause, wrapped in some fucked up illegalities and quasi-patriotic propaganda.

Surely even you are not so delusional that you believe James Holder is concerned with actual blind justice

Surely you are not so delusional that you believe I believe that Holder or Supreme Court Justices or any republican in Wisconsin or the fuckin' Dalai Lama is concerned with actual blind justice.

But what is the point of that off the wall gibberish?

Tell you what, even a reactionary such as yourself doesn't believe that hot air descends downward, do they?

Now the people have a say in the running of their government without the approval of the union bosses.   I like it.   And I didn't read anything about the loss of their civil service protections.  Protections that most non-governmental employees don't enjoy.

Imagine that! "We the [free] people..." actually having a say in deference to forced membership unions. I also like it, because that's what the U.S. Constitution is all about!

Workers lost rights, and people were demonized/penalized for devoting their careers to public service.

Definitely a GOP win.

The only "right" workers lost was the "right" to be forced to join a union and pay union dues in order to get a job.

Definitely a win for America.

That is pure unadulterated horseshit, you should at least educate yourself at a preschool level on these matters before engaging in the discussion.

MASSIVE protest going on today in WI!

Power to the people, we will not go away "quietly" into the night.

Hell, I am thinking about catching a bus up there and joining them next weekend.

Look for the attractive, youngish looking Black lady, with a big bull horn, I will make sure
to get on camera.

*The next revolutions will be televised.*

"We the people..." of Wisconsin and the majority of the other States exercised their Constitutional power last November and your side lost! Get over it!

Sanity -> RE: Wisconsin loses collective bargaining (3/12/2011 8:57:09 AM)

Theres no doubt in my mind that many of these "protesters" are professiuonal agitators bused in and coordinated at a national level by the DNC and their union lobbyist / special interest handlers

And now they are exercising their legal rights... a Court date has been set for Wednesday

RacerJim -> RE: Wisconsin loses collective bargaining (3/12/2011 8:58:33 AM)

Hopefully the Court will dismiss their case out of hand due to lack of standing.

tazzygirl -> RE: Wisconsin loses collective bargaining (3/12/2011 8:59:27 AM)

Doesnt seem that way. This Judge refused a stay... but agreed to a full hearing.

Sanity -> RE: Wisconsin loses collective bargaining (3/12/2011 9:06:05 AM)

Right, your best hope lies in the Dems undermining the democratic process. Holding the vote hostage by fleeing the state didnt work so now theyll try their lawsuit happy lawyers.

Its not about the children or the budget, its about fat cat union goons grubbing up all the taxpayer money they can possibly get their hands on.

Go team Democrat... [:'(]

Subject: Atten: Death threat!!!! Bomb!!!!

Please put your things in order because you will be killed and your familes will also be killed due to your actions in the last 8 weeks. Please explain to them that this is because if we get rid of you and your families then it will save the rights of 300,000 people and also be able to close the deficit that you have created. I hope you have a good time in hell. Read below for more information on possible scenarios in which you will die.

WE want to make this perfectly clear. Because of your actions today and in the past couple of weeks I and the group of people that are working with me have decided that we’ve had enough. We feel that you and the people that support the dictator have to die. We have tried many other ways of dealing with your corruption but you have taken things too far and we will not stand for it any longer. So, this is how it’s going to happen: I as well as many others know where you and your family live, it’s a matter of public records. We have all planned to assult you by arriving at your house and putting a nice little bullet in your head. However, we decided that we wouldn’t leave it there. We also have decided that this may not be enough to send the message to you since you are so “high” on Koch and have decided that you are now going to single handedly make this a dictatorship instead of a demorcratic process. So we have also built several bombs that we have placed in various locations around the areas in which we know that you frequent. This includes, your house, your car, the state capitol, and well I won’t tell you all of them because that’s just no fun. Since we know that you are not smart enough to figure out why this is happening to you we have decided to make it perfectly clear to you. If you and your goonies feel that it’s necessary to strip the rights of 300,000 people and ruin their lives, making them unable to feed, clothe, and provide the necessities to their families and themselves then We Will “get rid of” (in which I mean kill) you. Please understand that this does not include the heroic Rep. Senator that risked everything to go aganist what you and your goonies wanted him to do. We feel that it’s worth our lives to do this, because we would be saving the lives of 300,000 people. Please make your peace with God as soon as possible and say goodbye to your loved ones we will not wait any longer. YOU WILL DIE!!!!

...The video also shows one Democratic lawmaker, state Sen. Lena Taylor (D-Milwaukee), comparing the governor’s proposals to actions taken by Hitler in the early 1930’s.

A caption beneath the video on the State GOP Web site reads: “Which side is engaging in uncivilized rhetoric?”

Mark Jefferson, the executive director of the Republican Party of Wisconsin, told CNSNews.com Friday that the caption is a reference to Democratic calls for increased political civility and a toning down of the political rhetoric after the shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-Ariz.) in January.

He said the Wisconsin GOP released “Rhetoric vs. Reality” partially to combat misconceptions that evolved in the days following the Giffords shooting.

“There were a lot of conservatives around the nation who were upset about all of the talk coming out of Arizona about how it’s the Right that engages in hurtful rhetoric and like other conservatives around the country,” Jefferson said.

“I was personally very troubled by that because that’s not the way we see it at all. And the proof was demonstrated this week at the capitol and continues to be.  You hear a lot of nasty things from the Left and we documented it. We got it out to people.”

Jefferson also said that the signs that they have seen both inside the Capitol building and in the streets have led many to fear for the safety of the governor and Republican supporters of the legislation.

That is the hope of the doomed, how is it they don't have standing, they are talking about somebody they know, themselves.
