Today's workout: Warmup: 2x (lunges, squat snatch form pratice, situps, back ext, jumping negative pullups, pushups) Strength work: Bench press - 10@65#, 10@75#, 8@75# WOD: "amanda" - 3 rounds of: 15,12,9 pullups 15,12,9 dips (pullups and dips were both on the gravitron) 9,7,5 squat snatch (45#) Skill work: hanging knee lifts - 3x10 -going into this I was a bit afraid of the squat snatches, I'd never done them before and I was convinced I was going to lose the bar but I did good and hit parallel or below on every one. Next time ill have to try heavier.
