The first time I saw that video, I just kept critiquing the dancing... =p Usually when I'm running, I have BLS "Suicide Messiah" playing -- it helps me keep a pretty good pace. I'm looking for ways to balance out unevenness -- I think I ended up with a stronger left thigh because of dancing with a right lead so much in tribal style -- all the weight is carried by the left leg in a right lead, so, I'm going to start dancing on a left lead more, and get more weight on my right leg. This morning, I also started doing a "squat" type thing, for just that leg, in addition to the rest of my workout. Will something like this create more problems, rather than resolve them? I imagine it'll be okay, I just want them to be more symmetrical. I must further say that the new workout video is helping with my pops and articulations, too. ^_^ That thing really is a workout for more than just abs. And it gets my energy up. Hooray!
