In truth, I've never really gotten into the whole, repetive bodybuilding style of continuously lifting the same thing, the same way, over and over. But I also know that to a lot of people, that's the tried and twue method and its what they want and its what works for them, and I'm all for them choosing their methods and I will glad cheer them on as they continue to make repetitve left turns because even if all they are doing is turning left, its a hell of a lot better than sitting parked in the driveway. Personally I choose crossfit. Functional fitness with ever evolving variety. Love it. Huge community so you're never alone, awesome results, great knowledgebase, lots of military involvement with some great payback opportunities to honor and support our troops.
