Warm up: CFWU 2x15 (except pull ups…only 5 Jpu) (CrossFit Warm Up) Circuit of: lunge, overhead squat(5#), situp, back extension,pull ups, pushups, dips Strenth work: Overhead squats 2 sets of 10 - 45# WOD: 1000m run (0.63 treadmill run, 3% incline) 30 HSPU(headstand push up) (toes on smith machine bar set at shoulder height, unbroken…time to progress apparently) 100 45# SDHP(sumo deadlift high pulls) (subbed for rowing, row machine is at other gym location…didn’t want to drive over there, now wishing I had) Only got 60 of the SDHP, gassed out, took advantage of a client trying to interrupt me and let them 16:18 Cardio is still my obvious weakness. 15 minutes of work on the speed bag and heavy bag Finally gave up and sat down to eat something. All of that on an empty stomach was not my best decision ever.
