My only comments are about the things that weren't said:

Jewish people only make good lawyers.
Only Jewish people make good lawyers.

Both of those would have been racist statements.

Yeah. I'm not going to go over the legal details of libel with you (I doubt you could afford my fee), but I will say this: I don't enjoy being accused of fraudulently misquoting someone. In my profession--which I'm not about to share with you--accusations like that are not a trivial matter. Normally I would demand a written retraction and apology. But since he doesn't know my name (no, I'm not REALLY named Lordandmaster), I'll just take his silence as his boorish mode of acquiescence.

SirKenin; when written it is libel; and it is actionable. But You are correct; damages must be proven except in very narrow circumstances.

Good. If I got you to take your racist bullshit and post it somewhere else, I'll call this thread a success. People come to the Collarme forums to talk about BDSM, to talk about relationships, sometimes to kick back and exchange some humor, and sometimes to talk about things that affect all of us, like religion, politics, current events. They don't come here to talk about how Jews are taking over the world or to hear someone trying to explain why "nigger" isn't really a bad word.
