What I was saying about lack of factual evidence was in reference to your comment on my intelligence. I'm sure you know that, but prefer to twist words.
But I wasn't twisting words, I was again referencing your intelligence, and the fact that you missed that is yet more of that factual evidence you claim I don't have.

In answer to your question about where in your post did you mention the concept of altering sexual preferences, you said "people do indeed change in this respect, given an open mind and a touch of education."
I did indeed say that, but if you would care to actually read the entire paragraph, you would see that I wasn't referencing sexual preferences, I was referencing biases for or against a gender preference.

I am going to consider this yet more factual evidence.

My father, before he died, told me two things...

It is never too early for pie.
The moon is a space station.

Well you should've called him one, because he is alive and well.

He also thinks conspiracy theorists are morons.

And he hates pie.

no, you are wrong. i was at one time open to a relationship with a bisexual guy however i have since changed my mind and opinion on that and now i am not, it has nothing to do with education in any regard.
I am not referring to formal education or classroom education, I am using the term in the sense of learning or being taught something. Some new information or experience contributed to your change in bias, unless you are wanting me to believe you were walking down the street one day and out of the blue just decided "Hey, I don't think I will be open to a relationship with bi guys anymore." for no reason whatsoever.

That new experience or information taught you something, and thus, you were educated by it.

Once again, your opinion, there are no facts there.

You made an implication both about sexual preferences and about my comment. But that is aside from the majority of our debate. You say that "excluding a person for bisexuality is NOT a sexual preference" and that is the essence of the debate. Your declaration is far too broad a statement. You can't know what everyone's sexual preferences are and since you don't, you cannot exclude the fact that there are people who are turned off by bisexuality in a partner. If they are turned off, that is part of their sexual preference. It doesn't speak to their support for or against anyone who sees themselves as being bisexual. It's quite possible to be sexually turned off by that person, but find them quite engaging as a human being in a non-sexual context.

You and I have differing definitions of what constitutes "educated".

Sometimes, when reading your posts, I get the impression you alter your meaning in order to make it appear that everyone else is at fault in not "getting" your version.

I have no Irish blood in me.. no dog in this hunt...

other than as someone who travels, he is a pisspoor example of those whoi are Irish.

gladly, I can see that. I feel sorry for anyone who might see his crap and decide he is representive of anyone who IS Irish'/descened of Irish parents, etc., and may not have ever interacted to know better.

I think what you are failing to understand is that she is talking about being open or not open, in a sexual manner. That doesn't necessarily equate to being supportive or unsupportive. The two are entirely different spheres. The spheres may overlap, but not necessarily so.
Oh shut the fuck up. If you want to dispute things do so on a basis with some semblance of sense. Stop spouting asinine nonsense like some blithering idiot. What I said is exactly the same thing as what she said, just using different words that have the same meaning in the context in which we were speaking. TJ had no trouble groking that.

Hmmmm...yet more factual evidence.

again, you are wrong. There was no new experience or new information, it was just a decision i made. Just as being open to guys in the US changed to now open to guys in the US sunbelt only, same kinda decision...

I can't help wonder if he has some genuine impairment in his social abilities. Perhaps he has some sort of social interaction disorder?

Shut the fuck up? Nice. You seem to frequently respond in an angry manner. You see it as asinine nonsense, I see it as you not having the capacity to see past your own need to "be right".

Perhaps tj can enlighten us as to whether she was speaking of being open in a sexual manner or a non-sexual manner.
