Cooper didn't die, stupid.  You would have known that if you had read the link you posted.  And he wasn't the driver.

quote:

ORIGINAL: Endivius

Davis commited two murders that night. Perhaps you were so buissy screaming injustice you didn't bother to find out all the facts. First he shot at a moving car killing the driver, wich had three other passengers in it. The reasons for why he opened fire on the car are unclear witnesses testified several different reasons but none were congruent, later that night (around 1 hour) he executed a police officer in a parking lot after assaulting a man for not giving him his beer.

This is exactly why you should stop posting. You don't even have the right godamn state. Last time I checked, no one was protesting the organ harvesting in China. You want a crime against humanity, pour your bleeding heart out over there. Pretty sure there isn't a single American that would jump over to your kneck of the woods and dictate to you how to punish murders. But I'm certain there are quite a few that could lend some ideas.

Edit Cooper lived, removed multiple

Georgia.  Not Texas.  But don't feel bad, Endivus has only a passing knowledge of the facts too.  And he is the one spouting off like he is some kind of expert.

You are hilarious.  And not very credible.  Perhaps you were so buissy (sic) screaming [that justice had been done] you didn't bother to find out all the facts.  I don't believe for a minute that you read the stuff you said you did.  Moron.

Maybe you should take your own advice.  Doesn't sound like you read the court rulings yourself.  :
The reason why there is this much doubt is because people are apathetic and lazy. If the people claiming he was innocent spent ten minutes reading just ONE of the court rulings or the trial transcript they would all shut the fuck up.

I'll certainly agree that you folks in Germany have done very well since you did away with capital punishment. What, like in 1945,  wasn't it?

I don't know if you're dumb or just angry because you are wrong and can't stand it.

Well I know you are dumb, or just a liar.  One of those.  And how am I wrong?  For having an opinion that differs from yours?  Fuck you.
On the other hand, we KNOW you are wrong, since you can't even get the facts right when you are spouting off.  After having spent hours studying the case, of course.  Absolutely laughable.

I'm perfectly content with conceding that the driver lived. A fact I did get wrong. Doesn't change a fucking thing though(it proves I'm human and tired, not that you are right). He attepted to kill one person and succeded in executing a police officer in a parking lot filled with innocent bystanders after assaulting a third victim. So, cupcake where's your innocence at? Let's be clear, he shot the police officer from 5 feet away in the face. He could have fled the scene. Instead he approached the victim who was lying down, and shot him two more times, THEN fled. By all means, dispute that.

And you are deliberately misconstruing what I say.  I don't know whether he was innocent or not.  My concern is that the process was unfair, unfair enough to make me question whether he could have been convicted beyond a reasonable doubt.  Maybe he could have, maybe not.  I still believe he was entitled to be tried based on unbiased and untainted evidence.   Like I have said about 10 times.

I'm not diliberately misconstruing anything. You might have time to go back and change those posts still. You know, so you won't sound like a fucking tard. Kinda hard when the post I'm responding to is whining about tainted evidence and bias, in a case that has none.

Abolition of death penalty in Germany: fist attempts 1848 (abolished in certain German states), then again 1919, finally abolished 1949 (West Germany - laste executions by the American military government 1951) and 1987 (GDR) - yes the Nazis were leading supporters of the death penalty - you can still find some of their arguments in wikipedia if you wish - very interesting ...
Abolition of death penalty in Austria: first abolished 1787, re-introduced 1795, again abolished 1919, re-introduced 1934, abolished again 1950
Abolition of death penalty in Switzerland 1942, in France 1981
first country to abolish death penalty Grand Duchy of Tuscany 1786 (now part of Italy, just to mention it)

Death penalty to abolish as a crime against human rights:
European Convention of Human Rights 1983
UN Resolution 2004/67 and again 2007

just a few facts

and right, I don't care about whether Troy Davis was guilty or (if so even worse) not guilty of his crimes
death penalty as such has to be abolished as a crime against human rights

Sorry Endy, but you are the one who sounds like a fucking tard, what with going on about multiple murders and such.  Why would anything else you have to say be any more credible?

A public statement is not the same as a ruling. Spend less time trying to sound clever, and buy a fucking clue. 2nd post from the top of page 4 with the entire ruling.
