A Question for Sadists - 10/3/2011 4:06:06 AM

After reading some of the seven year old posts that a new collarchat poster brought up (which were subsequently closed by the moderators) a question has come to mind regarding sadists. Do you prefer the person you play with to enjoy the pain or hate the pain? And please elaborate, if you are willing. I'm just wondering if most would be of one mind or the other, or if it's a relatively even split. Or maybe it's not even a question of one or the other but dependent on the person you're with.

Thanks! :)

'Enjoy'? No, but at the same time yes. I don't want a masochist who goes 'ohh ahh give me more hot mama!' I like to see shaking, tears, flinching and indications of suffering. But I do want a partner who consents to the suffering. Someone turned a phrase 'happy in suffering' a few years back, and it best describes what I like to see from a masochist when I'm working my sadistic side. Suffering, but in a catharic sort of way maybe? I don't want the bottom to look at me with dread or to be reluctant for another session, or if they are, for that to be mixed with excitment too.

Insert bad joke:
A masochist walks up to a sadist and says "Hurt me!" The sadist replies, "No."

In the nasty little dark depths of my sadistic nature I believe if you hurt someone that wants to be hurt you aren't infact hurting them. I had a pet once that was a masochist. She would at times go out of her way to annoy me(in hopes I would hurt her) It became annoying very quickly. I have many times dealt pain to those that ask for it, but if I really want joy in doing it than it has to be someone that hates the idea(I'm sick and twisted that way)

The itty bitty sadist inside of me agrees with  Prolific Needs on this one. I want them to suffer but only if they want to suffer. I like to hear begging and see tears but I don't want any of that if it isn't what is also getting the other person off. Make sence?

As a masochist, I can enjoy pain. But I get a bigger kick out of enduring pain. I do the whole crying, begging, pleading thing and while I'm doing it, I 100% want the pain to stop. But then when it does...I want it back.

I don't want to be with a man who gives me the pain I enjoy (or at least, not often). I want to be with a man who gives me the pain HE enjoys.

I want them to need/want/enjoy most of the time. Sometimes, I want what I want, and they have to suck it up. The ones who just "endure" for my sake? Meh. Neutral/annoyed energy is not as much fun.

Indeed and in several threads lately.

So, on that note, to answer this thread I will just post a link to save myself time.

He enjoys both making me suffer and making my pussy wet. I have a love/hate relationship with the pain that works for both of us.

To avoid double posting, I am pasting a link to my reply in another thread.
It is the 11th entry on this page:  http://www.collarchat.com/m_3816353/mpage_2/tm.htm

I like the female wanting to please Me but I don't want her to like the pain. Genuine cries, whimpers and tears from the female is part of where I get My sadistic release.

just because i like posting so much, i shall re-iterate.
"liking" pain isn't as simple as it sounds, so i prefer Sadists who understand that.
i'm a masochist, but i'm not flying through the air going "whoo hoo! hit me again!" or being bratty in order to "earn" punishments.
i'm a masochist because i get off on suffering for someone who gets off on it. it's not "suffering" unless it's real.

This question was addressed to sadists and I don't ever recall you saying you were one. And please refrain from posting snotty references. The next time I will report your post.

You could have saved yourself even more time and not responded at all, I suppose.

The Pigman finds himself wondering exactly why you started this thread, especially since you posted on the other thread with exactly the same topic. Ah well, stranger things have happened so what the fuck, I'll answer your question anyway...I'm just that sort of nice guy

Either or really. Though on ethical grounds I prefer them to enjoy it, but they don't have to be a masochist to enjoy it.
