The BART officer isn't a cop any more because there were numerous civilian witnesses of exactly who did what along with video. With no civilian video, he walks and you damn well know it.. When I was teaching, coaching and sometimes training these guys in the off season and Metro-Dade recruited me in '86, My salary would have almost exactly DOUBLED. I still havent seen your opinion of the hundreds of police that showed up in an attempt to intimidate those prosecuting a group with a total of fifteen HUNDRED criminal indictments. If several hundred civilians would have shown up protesting 1500 indictments against a street gang and calling the prosecuters scum, what would have happened?

Want me to start dragging out cases where police have threatened and intimidated people videotaping (which is legal). Not going to happen Hill,he comes off as a mental midget who is going to keep stomping his feet and railing against all common sense.As far as I'm concerned he can continue to do so...I intend to follow tazzy's example and be done with him.
