Face it. isn't that what Wall Street and the banking industry has been doing to us for a coupla decades (many say longer) now?

Read up on him. Interesting character. He not only broke up the banking monopoly, he was the last president to oversee the frderal government not only running a balanced budget but a federal government that was debt free.

National debt was 0.

and its still tens of hundreds of people in the street.

Government, Schools, ports and vast majority of bussiness are open.

And zero unions joined the strike.....

The fact is not a single union went on strike today in Oakland.

Instead of insults, why not show me one that did....oh right you can't, because there aren't any.


and the plan is to march the mob on the port and shut it down this afternoon.

Zero unions have joined the strike.

No Schools closed.

The City is open.

A thousand or so folks, (some not even from Oakland according to Skippy) showed up.

Not even .03% of Oakland has joined the call for the general strike.

I read a couple of stories and saw nothing about mobs using force to close the port.

They're showing Ogawa plaza right now on CNN and with a huge number out marching there's enough people there (maybe 1k?) for a small rock concert. Guess that ole Mercury ain't so accurate.

I said no such thing. Nice try at strawmanning. What I said is this. Do you have any hard evidence that indicates this is so? I don't even know where this rumor is coming from. Is it Rush or Beck or someone else with an agenda? Is it a statement issued by the Oakland version of OWS? Is it just a prediction out of thin air?

I think what he's getting at is your bullshit claim of attack. They'll arrive at 7pm per the PUBLISHED schedule.  Were I to plan an "attack" I wouldn't inform the police and all other public officials the day before. It's SOP for military operations.... Ask the Oakland PD.... THEY DON'T
