The way I have always swam was either on my back sizor kicking, or on my stomach sizor kicking. Now since sizor kicking hurts I just flail with my arms to get me through the water. One of my goals is to use our crock pot 3 times a week to make healthy meals, if she won't cook right, I certainly can and feed every one. quote:

There is ZERO impact, and if you swim properly, it will be very helpful in improving your posture. The butterfly is great, but I believe right now, a bit more than you can handle. Ask someone at the gym to show you how to properly do the freestyle and the backstroke, and take any classes they give for exercising in the water. March in place, walk around the room, do arm exercises. You will stretch out the muscles that are getting sore from sitting properly on the ball and these small bursts of exercise will be easier to do when you know at the end of the commercials, you get to sit back on your ball and enjoy your show. You couple swimming with the above, physically you will be stronger in no time at all. I remember when you first started posting here, so I know how far you have come, and you should be very proud of yourself. Your writing skills and spelling have improved so much over those early days. I understand you have some things you need to work on some more, but you are doing it. I know I have come down on you a couple of time for asking here things you could and should have taken intiative and found the answers yourself, but you know what? You still get kudos for asking to begin with. I can see that the idot a couple pages ago probably pissed some of us off more than you, lol. But what does that tell you? We know you from years of posting, we know you have some difficulties, and we like you and want to help you overcome them. So FUCK HER! As with GT, you know you can contact me when ever you need a quick boost of help, as I'm sure you could with many others here. As for sending cmails when you are having success? HELL NO.
