Popeye, Apart from the fact the "quote" was deceptively edited, and therefore NOT even close to being what you said * oh what a surprise* the whole point of the thread was to bait the liberals on the board. All it has done is create people making excuses for the quote that wasnt. See responses from the right leaning crowd.I guess they need something to amuse them until november because the republicans certainly havent got a hope of beating the man who didnt say what you claimed, in that "quote".

I think that Romney has a good chance to unseat the president if the Republican party decides to unite and get behind him.

I can't give you specific links because I don't feel like going through all the digging but, I promise you; Sen. Kerry's favorite non-answer answer was:

Interviewer: "When elected, what will you do to bolster the economy?"

Sen. Kerry: "I have a plan that's going to handle that very issue. We have an a economy that President Bush has ... my plan will bring prosperity back to American families because President Bush was not ..."

I desperately wanted the democrats to send me someone I could vote for in '04. I swear I did but, when you actually listened to Sen. Kerry, his campaign was: "I'm a war hero and I'm not George Bush." and always said that disrespectfully, neglecting the president's title.

I guess I can do a "Sen. Kerry I have a plan ..." search and see what happens but, I promise you; my memory is accurate on this.
