Uh, no, it mostly about allowing media companies to control content on the interne. There are real problems for content providers here, it's hard to sell media content when it's pirated within minutes of it's release, but the shutdown process in this bill is iffy, these things tend to get politicized, and the trend, particularly on the right, has been to pack every government agency with ringers from the industry they're supposed to regulate, this is not good, industry already has input in the form of lobbyists. There needs to be a relatively impartial body to make and review these decisions, not a bunch of party or industry hacks, all the big search engines already filter searches, you have no idea what content is being blocked if you never even know it's there. ITC can't handle the workload? Increase funding for the ITC.
