Check out the Ceremony of Roses Jeff-until you do it, you and Carol ain't really BDSM paired. You've lived all these years in sinful disgrace

God I'd forgotten about that particular piece of drivel...
Back in the '90 early '00 the BDSM club I used to work at made so much money at people renting out the medieval convent basement we had the playspace in to do "roses ceremony weddings"... [8|]

Yeah, I think Red said there was proof that it was all fake.

I can't quite say that, and, in fact, my current theory is that jade really did live. I know the following:

1. Lord Colm used to attend munches in Texas while CastleRealm was operational. People at those munches have gone on record as saying that he told them that he was in a long distance relationship with slave jade, who lived in Massachussets, and rarely saw her in real life.

2. jade (or the "jade persona") was sick and online *a lot* for years. One woman who emailed me privately, and is an active educator in her real-life local community, told me that she and jade played hearts online, did a lot of girltalk, etc. Her summary, more or less: "I never met jade in real life, so maybe she was fake. But, if she was fake, she was the best fake in the history of the internet."

3. No one has ever come forward as having met jade in real life.

4. I did a google search for deaths, obits, and death certificates for the date of jade's death, and two months on either side, and found nothing. I also searched on her (supposed) place of residence and found nothing. That information might not be online, because it was pre-WWW. The next step would be to hire a private investigator, which I'm not willing to do. But no one has ever produced any documentation that jade lived.

So I currently tentatively believe that jade was a real person, who was more or less a shut in due to complications from lupus, and most/all of her experiences with D/s were from an online long-distance relationship. I have a vision of a lonely, sexually unfulfilled woman writing softcore porn essays and posting them to the net. So many fanciful ideas -- the Ancient Houses of BDSM, and so much more.

Of course, it's possible that everything was Colm's imagination. He's still alive by the way -- he's now a BDSM event promoter in the SF Bay Area. He didn't respond to an email request I sent him about this topic.

OMG *laughs*. OK, I just read that. I have to admit it's been a long time since I saw Castle at all but man... *shakes head*... Surely that must be the final nail in the coffin of my true-ness. Well, at least until the next bit of drivel comes up. Anyone wanna get going on how untrue I am because I rub her back sometimes? If not, I could always drag up the kneeling to her thing. That seems to get folks all riled up.

"The gift of submission" is right up there with " a slaves heart" for making me throw up in my mouth. [:@][:'(]

Are you kidding? I COOKED MY SLAVE BREAKFAST.

It's a miracle they didn't come right to the door to collect my dom card.

I always found the whole saving the rose petals for their graves and passing the chain onto their children thing to be hysterical.

I mean the average D/s "collaring" lasts about three months, before they remove the velcro collar and move onto the next velcro collar.

Don't slaves deliver morning coffee and doglicking peanut butter blowjobs anymore?  what has become of the craft.....*tsk* *tsk*

Shameful, it is.

Well, you've certainly lost all respect in my eyes with that little admission.

Edited to add:
And Ron... the burning flame is to keep the coffee warm enroute from the kitchen to the bedroom. It's a key part of the craft. Obviously you aren't a true dom or even a true blowjob connoisseur since you didn't know that. Perhaps we could get a CastleRealms study group together and we could both brush up on our skills?

GreedyTop -> RE: The dreaded "Gift of Submission" debacle (8/21/2012 1:04:52 PM)

don't forget the "slave belly" or whatever it's called...*snerk*

LadyHibiscus -> RE: The dreaded "Gift of Submission" debacle (8/21/2012 1:09:48 PM)

I thought the slave belly thing was Gorean?

Sunny, I hope the previous explosion of horror explains some of why we're so put off by a simple phrase. [;)]

I always figured the "slave belly" was where they kept their slave's fire and their slave's heart. You know... like Bender on Futurama.
