So the acid head 24/7 pot smoker takes a 10 minute break long enough to buy one or several guns then never has to take the test again. Fargs whole premise aside from expanding the POLICE STATE into a PRISON STATE with extra completely useless expenses to further tap taxpayers is worthless unless you want to bring them in for piss tests all the time. Now farg is that what you are suggesting?
