quote:
I get sexual satisfaction from cooking my man dinner. So, if he pays for the groceries, am I a prostitute? This statement shows either a joke, which isn't to be taken at all seriously, or a total disregard of the law as shown in the articles. Assuming the statement was actually made with a straight face, based on California law, that this is clearly NOT prostitution, and nobody would think it so, given: 1. The money was for groceries, not just for sex 2. Someone was sexually gratified but the money wasn't for that purpose 3. Touching of the breasts buttocks or genitals was probably not involved What scares me, if the examples provided by some of those saying fin domming isn't prostitution is that those promoting that are fundamentally devoid of basic reading comprehension. For example, the argument keeps coming up about the web cam, but, clearly the California law says contact must occur. (Note that in other states, contact doesn't have to occur, so, it does depend on locale). The point is that most of those defending findomme seem to be incapable of reading comprehension, either on purpose or by ignorance. BTW, If they were joking, then my serious reply above doesn't hold - it would just mean that I didn't get the joke (which would be my fault).
