Age play and the law... a photographer's perspective.
Publishing, even on the internet, of images designed to appear as erotic images of a minor or images of sexual acts that appear to be with a minor may be prosecuted as child porn.

My gut reaction is that age play would not be unlawful but if you posted pictures of age play to a website, you might be breaking the law.

Such laws are draconian enough to get you investigated for getting film developed of your kids playing in the bubble bath. (been there, had to answer lots of questions)

I am glad to shed light on something that gets negative attention but very little understanding. In our society actions may be punishable, but even our legal system takes into account the motivation BEHIND the act.

Ageplay can be an outlet for a pedophile who is trying to vent his/her passions WITHOUT victimizing someone. However the larger number of ageplayers I know would NEVER think of touching an actual youngster.
