Ok, I'll walk that back a little bit. The US has one of the highest rates of HIV in industrialized countries. The US also has about three times as many circumcised males as the countries you mentioned. (about 55% vs. under 20%) US circumcision rates and HIV rates are both higher than most of the industrialized world. My point stands: The CDC's correlation between circumcision and HIV prevention is exaggerated.

To qualify for the methodology a participant didn't need to do any more than dip their dick in fecal water 24 hours after sex.......if you consider that "obsessive washing" [sm=eeew.gif]
