Oh, you dont like that things are unrehearsed? That she might have been speaking 'off the cuff'? Because if it was, you would simply suspect her of wrong doing even more. Then again, you suspect her of wrong doing....BECAUSE....of who she is.
Not one shred of....ACTUAL....evidence, that she did something wrong. Not by one conservative on this forum! And all of you want to hang her. This whole thing is politically motivated....NOT....legally motivated.

Not "all of [conservatives on this forum] want to hang her." I've stated several times I don't think she's done anything wrong, and, even if she has, it's not likely to be able to be proven.

I think we should have those 47 Republican Senators arrested and charged with TREASON, and have all their stuff investigated. Unlike Hillary, their guilt is undeniable. The evidence is pretty open for the nation to see. And they broke the law to score political points. But that's a different topic right?

As a matter of fact, it is a different topic. [8D]

I don't think he cares to debate, I think he only wants to sling mud and hope it will stick to something. Name calling appears and unfounded accuzations appear to be his modus ooperandi. My thoughts. Not necessarily true.

KenDckey -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/11/2015 4:36:00 PM)

I just found the interview Hillary gave yesterday. Watched it Here is what I gleaned from it

http://www.nytimes.com/video/us/100000003564101/hillary-clintons-full-press-conference.html

The four points that she wanted to make clear
1 convience to use personal e-mail. didn't want to use 2 devices.
2 Not all work e-mails sent to .gov accounts
3 provided all e-mails
4 asked to mall all e-mails available to public

As a result of questioning

Sent and recieved 60,000 e-mails only half work related

Server was set up for President Clinton

Never e-mailed classified information

My take. We all know that one device can and has served us (well the majority of us I think) for multiple e-mails. if you have a yahoo account you can still get e-mail here is my example.

If she never e-mailed classified material at any of the levels of security classification, then I call BS. Almost anything having to do between two countries or about anyone is considered classified at a minimum of until the final agreement, plan, etc is reached. The planning process is almost always considered classified until and sometimes after the plan is enacted.

Not all the e-mails were sent to .gov servers. If not, there was no expectation that the e-mails would be preserved as required by the records keeping requirements at the time.

Said that she provided all work related e-mails to State, but because the server was theirs, there will always be a level of doubt. Even if the servers are gone through by an independent person.

Why did President Clinton set up the personal account? When was this done? Was it used during his Presidency? Not a part off this discussion, just pondering here.

Apparently President Clinton has sent a sum total of two emails during his life. One to John Glenn in space and the other to the troops. If that is the case why would he need a seperate server?

bounty44 -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/11/2015 7:43:04 PM)

megyn Kelly had a lawyer/staffer (shannen coffin) from the previous administration who pointed out that Hillary was required by law to sign a document prior to leaving the state department, certifying that she had turned over all documents. the document itself warning the signee that certifying falsely is a felony.

if she signed the document as she was supposed to, and since she didn't turn things over until years after the fact, she has committed a crime.

if she never signed the document, then that raises the major questions as to why not and how could that happen.

here's the video:

http://video.foxnews.com/v/4106177790001/what-state-dept-guidelines-did-hillary-clinton-violate/?playlist_id=2694949842001

judge Andrew Napolitano is absolutely convinced she has broken the law by concealing documents.

here's that video:

KenDckey -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/11/2015 8:41:53 PM)

LOL It's not whether or not she broke a law. It is whether or not she will be investigated and potentially prosecuted. I think that we know the answer to that one.

bounty44 -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/12/2015 6:32:27 AM)

I know, I cannot imagine anyone from the Obama administration investigating...

i suspect then its in the hands of some of the congressional committees to start that ball rolling.

KenDckey -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/12/2015 6:52:53 AM)

I agree Bounty

Lucylastic -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/12/2015 7:42:51 AM)

why would she be prosecuted if she didnt break the law?
the repubs will make sure she is investigated, they dont give a shit about wether or not she actually broke a law.
you would think they have more on their shit eating plate as it is....

Yup that was never right either.

Sanity -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/12/2015 9:42:24 AM)

Her apologists insist that it cant be proven that she broke any laws

I dont know if that is true or not

One thing I do know is, she looks dirty enough that she has lost even her formerly fawning far left media elites

One example of this:

Lucylastic -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/12/2015 9:59:19 AM)

Eric Bolling, co-host of Fox News' The Five, accused Hillary Clinton of "blusters" and "lying" for saying in her press conference that she was unable to securely access multiple email accounts on one mobile phone, opting instead to use her own email server instead of using two phones. But at the time, it was reportedly not possible to have two accounts on a secure BlackBerry like the one Clinton carreid.

During her press conference, Clinton said of her decision to use a personal email account for her government work when she became secretary of state:

I opted for convenience to use my personal email account, which was allowed by the State Department, because I thought it would be easier to carry just one device for my work and for my personal emails instead of two.

Looking back, it would've been better if I'd simply used a second email account and carried a second phone, but at the time, this didn't seem like an issue.

After playing video of Clinton's comment, Bolling asked, "Are you kidding me? Any tenth grader could set up multiple email accounts on a single handheld device. Does she think the American people are that stupid?"

But as the technology blog Mashable reports, maintaining separate personal and government accounts on the same device is less secure, presenting a "real concern of attack vectors on the personal side." Moreover, when Clinton became secretary of state in 2009, "there was no standard way to secure a BlackBerry like Clinton's with two email accounts, at least not without giving the IT person in charge complete dominion over all the data on the phone. To fulfill the criteria that Clinton demanded -- secure email that's not sitting on a cloud service, plus a single-BlackBerry solution -- she had just one option: Set up her own email server."

The Washington Post similarly reports that "senior administration officials having two phones is still common to this day" due to security concerns. Former Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau wrote on Twitter that it was impossible to have two White House accounts on one phone "until maybe 2011-12."

Bolling later claimed, "If you go to your iPhone, you can press a button that says 'add account' and you can have any one of six email servers ready to go, set up a new one."

But that feature, called "unified inbox" was not available on iPhones in 2009 when Clinton became secretary of state. That was added in iOS 4, released in June of 2010.

None of that is going to matter. This is going to be a meme until the day after the election. I seriously don't see this harming her candidacy much.

Aylee -> RE: Hillary's E-Mails (3/12/2015 2:04:26 PM)

Yes, it seems much easier and more convenient to set up and install a remotely accessible private e-mail server as opposed to using two phones.

Of course, who could dispute that it's easier to build and house a server that you later wipe than follow department procedure?

And, didn't Hillary tell a Santa Clara crowd last week that she carried a blackberry AND an iPhone?
