ORIGINAL: ChrchofDrk I didn't ignore it. I read it, considered it and moved on. You're welcome to your opinion. The point of the post has nothing at all to do with medical or religious concerns or the oppression of women. yet that's where you and a couple others went. What your responses do show is just how precious and protective most of you feel of having your hair. That would make shaving your head a hard limit and make the point of just how vain you may well be. Again. that's up to you not me. I was with you until that sentence right there. I agree, it wasn't a matter of medical or religious reasons, it was a matter of if others thought a bald head on a woman was sexy. I do hate how folks sometimes turn things into a personal attack, and lash out on something that had nothing to do with how they're offended. That being said, saying that those of us who love our hair are vain is ludicrous. I love my hair for several reasons, one of which being that I can have fun with it both in and out of the bedroom, making it an awesome accessory. If that alone makes me vain, then go ahead and stamp that big red V on my forehead, my hair will cover it up anyway.
