I pointed that out for the benefit of people like tj who would pretend that all 400 of those were like the one in this thread. They kill each other because the police and the white man oppress them, didn't you know that?


oh, so all 400 are black men shot multiple times in the back (at a distance) by cops? There was no reason to kill this man, or to even chase after him, the cop had his DL & registration and could easily find him later.. Scott might have even decided to turn himself in once he was able to think things thru... now the family is suing the police/city as well.. and the killer cop isnt gonna have it easy for 30 or so years, I wonder if he thinks what he did was worth it..

You know nothing about what i think and trying to explain even the simplest things to you is pointless.. take a hike.. I am putting you on permanent ignore for insulting me as you have..

Status: online 		Police absolutely have the right to chase anyone with an active warrant that tries to flee an arrest attempt. Public safety often demands it.

I don't like pinning blame on a victim, especially when they're dead. But it makes absolutely no sense to me why he would try to run from the officer in the first place. That escalated what should have been a routine traffic stop and arrest.

Regardless, shooting an unarmed man in the back is murder by any standards.

Leathal force must be the absolute last choice considered.

The cop made no attempt to do otherwise from what I see. I see nothing that shows the cop or anyone else was in mortal danger because of the victim.

The cop stood in place, and fired multiple gunshots into the victim, acting as judge, jury, and executioner.
