I didn't know you can get pregnant from anal sex? I mean, are you serious? It's possible? Scientifically how? Either way, condoms and contraceptive combo should make it literally impossible to get pregnant from anal sex too!

If sperm is spilled outside the anus in any way, the sperm will make their way towards the ovum. Notice the words 'In any way' .

Greta, yeah well you said that birth control works too. None of my pregnancies were planned, and all 7 were sposed to be "controlled" by a pill or tubal ligation. You need so much education, its not funny.

Women who get pregnant due to responsible family planning and wants to keep the baby, doesn't get punished. I believe in prevention is better than cure. You are not making a lot of sense Greta75 to me, so I will pick two from the list of no sense. In my country, it's unanimous; everybody is pro-abortion, even within the Christians and Muslims. That is not simply not true, and many non-religious people hold life dear 101% method – your maths skills are worse than mine, that aside say someone became pregnant due to the condom/spermicide/pill not working (and I do not mean eg a condom rupture- happened to me 4 times that – and I still hammered away on them for I am man and it was my duty) how would they know to shovel the morning after pill down their throats....are you saying that anyone having sex should use the full menu off, condom/femdom/muffindom(patent pending) spermicide and the morning after pill I will give you the bit about Americans medicine being expensive and you should see their TV adverts pill for everything and many pill adverts....I watched one two years ago and big deep voice at end read of the side effects – list was long; coking shrinkage, impotency, raging steamer, death and so on, and I laughed, and wept at the same time. Responsibility/education will help but in essence leave me alone with a tin of cookies and I can assure cookies begone. Some people are inherently irresponsible and no amount of education programming will change that. Sex education at the catholic school I went to was a joke, probably still is, and I have the capacity to be educated, well perhaps not all of the time :) but most of the time - and that is a good thing.

Like many things Greta has opinions on... Unbelievable. You have to remember she lives in an isolated island world where the whole population is less than a small city and the society she lives in is very warped compared to most of the western world. Most of the media she looks at is the local skewed rag that likes to keep it's citizens oblivious of what happens elsewhere. You also have to bear in mind that 30%+ of Singapore's population aren't even locals or Singaporean born.

Are you aware Greta, that most catholic and other non-christian schools in Singapore do not follow the MOE's teachings on sex education? Many are saying that it contradicts the teachings of their faith. So in that sense, there are many out there in your own country that do not use contraception at all; despite your assertions that everyone gets the same sex education. That claim is just bullshit.
