Obviously you're not going to discuss the topic of the thread because it threatens your insistence that Obama is the worst thing that ever happened to America, and the idea that people who know what they're talking about disagree is threatening to you. I didn't see him as particularly effective. Yes, the economy improved a lot in 8 years but it started so far in the dumper after Dubya that it had nowhere to go but up.
The improvement was slow. I feel that the obstructionism of the GOP had a lot to do with it but a truly effective leader would have been able to deal with it.

You forgot...Obama walked on water. Well hell, he did actually buy a new car to replace the one W totaled and put out the fire W started and that's something at least. Still yea...he shoulda got better then 12th.

I am pretty sure Trump would have admired him too and for just that reason. I mean hell, if you have enemies...just make sure they don't threaten or even bother you anymore.

I mean shit, I've read where Stalin got 1000's of his enemies...jobs. They didn't pay and eventually killed them and pretty quickly too but I don't want to be too picky.

The top 3rd would have him at least no lower than the top 13 out of 41. But since we've had 44 as I understand Trump is 45th. That would mean anyone in the top 14, would be in the top 1/3 and the last I heard 12 would also be in...the top 1/3.

And for those math devotees or even mathematically challenged, that means for Obama to be in the top 1/4 means no. 11.

43/3=14.3 is one third of 43...obama=12. Twelve is between 1 and 14.3.
43/4=10..75 is one fourth of 43...obama =12. Twelve is not between 1 and 10.75.
