The only reason why they fire him is they got a source that Variety was gonna write a terrible article about him and his bad sexual conduct which is gonna make NBC look bad for closing an eye to all that is happening. And it's damage control on their part. I am just glad some kind of revolution is happening, and all these men are getting fired! And you know what? If men were sexually harassed by female bosses, I hope they speak out too and have those women fired. (The big problem here is, I know too many men bragging about sleeping with their female bosses in their younger days when they first started, and it's almost like the same shit as sleeping with their teacher in school days. If a husband is so considerate and caring about his marriage to never ever allow himself to be in a situation where there could be trouble with another woman, and is willing to have a rule to never dine with another woman without his wife present. I worked in a company as the only woman. One day the CEO of the company told me that "you need a sign round your neck saying this side up for rape). Obviously all the men in the office laughed. Should I Have complained? Not being a snowflake shy girl, I turned round and said "well I don't have to worry about you considering the size of your tiny dick"" Everyone laughed including the CEO. After that they all knew I would give as good as I got and I was one of the team.
