I like your picture, too, Arpig. Did you cut your hair? If so, I think it looks good (not that you have to care, but I think it does).

Mr D44: I just wanted to thank you for looking this up (Nebraska stalking and harrassment laws)- I am keeping it. I appreciated it a lot.

With the notes she has, and the fact she's called the police several times, there wouldn't be much doubt in a jurry's mind in my opinion that she was defending herself. Of course the worst thing she could have happen is a DA saying that she was asking for it by going to a play-house. As for the Stalker, I haven't had one out here on myself but I have had to deal with a few dope heads sitting outside on my porch because they got too blowed out of their minds and wandered off from the party. It's not a good feeling, I know.

Ok, my two cents is that nearly every play space I've ever gone to, for legal reasons, asks for people to purchase a "membership." According to the law, the purchase of the membership has to be recorded with real name and address - unfortunately, no they don't necessarily ask to see ID - but many do. Membership information is maintained in order to prove that everyone was there consensually, so if that space operated in that manner, then they have the real name and address of this guy.

The police, might be able to get the information considering it's a safety issue. Without a warrant though, that decision would rest with the owners of the space. However, it might just be in their best interests to provide the information without being served since if the police had to resort to that - which they won't unless you're hurt - they would be demanding ALL the records to that space.

You might want to ask the owners of the place you went to cough up the information if they have it. It would definitely be in everyone's best interests.

Susan. do you have a male friend who can stay with you for a bit? A vanilla freind or an old Dom, or even a sub friend who looks a bit menacing. I think the idea of a cam or some type of video device is a good one. If the cops happen to think you are just paranoid, they will take you seriously, good luck

I am contacting an attorney. I was putting that off, because it seemed extreme. But I am doing it now.

I agree with a few others, not sure an attorney will do anything at this stage.  The police is the best option for now.

She should be able to help you with advice too?

Susan, I didn't say anything before because there was nothing to add to the advice you  were already getting, but I want you to know  I am so very happy that the police as well as the house managers took you seriously and helped you stand up to this guy.  I am so glad that you are safe and well.  Please take care and be on the alert, because I agree with you about him saying he 'didn't know he scared you', nobody is that clueless!

Sounds good, Susan.  Just remember to stay watchful to be on the safeside.  For future reference (although I hope you'll never need it) I would recommend a strong tazer over a gun.  You won't kill them with it, but you will incapacitate them damn fast.  Probably more so than pepper spray would, and your aim isn't so important with it.

Especially if you aim alittle low on the body. LOL
