Okay, heres something I ate, tore apart my insides a bit and made me shit fire for a couple days but here...you bastards.

Pure American Southwest cuisine, most of us have had it, most of us love it, whether its mild or damn near friggin molten rock in spiciness we adore it. But the exotic comes not from what it is, but from what is the main ingrediant in it. This is super traditional, meaning right down to the specific certian "part" that is thrown into the dish.

For the point you must tell me what the dish is and what makes it so strange, at least for today.

Creep Level - 8 Since it may be very domestic, but I doubt any of you will be able to stand even looking at it.

mmm nope not the answer i'm looking for, sure tounge is used, but not exactly on the creepy factor when its all ncie and stewed up, besides, tounge can taste pretty good if the right person cooks it.
