Even though I'm only into this for the kink, I don't see this rant as particularly threatening or offensive.

I do wonder why you even care what other people call themselves, Slave, Sub or Slurpee?

If SubbieMary calls herself a sub, but doesn't meet the standards outlined in your rant, does that somehow deminish your own submission?

If the answer is no, and I suspect it will be, then why rant?

I'm still wondering though, how much is hypotheticlal for you.... you feel this way genuinely. And by your own admition.

We all still have our own rules, I know you understand this. New isn't any worse than old. It's just different.

I have much respect for the things you've come through to be where you are. But in the end, it was your responsibilty to want those changes. I'm not saying you are denying that.

And I've read most all of this thread. Enough so that my first reading of you initial post, has changed somewhat.

I believe that everyone is entitled to their opinion. period. Even when it goes against mine, disagrees, or is even angry with mine. It's still yours and yours to have. So long as you are willing to live up to the consequences of those opinions. You also have the right to choose how you want to live, provided those who don't wish to follow your path are not made to.

These are just comments, not personal attacks on you.... or anyone else.

As I said before you raised good points, that benefitted me, thank you. Some though, just made you look kinda selfish.

The answer is no, of course it would not diminish my own. As for why the rant, gosh please understand that I am not trying to be rude when I say that we are now in page 8 of this thread, I have explained it in numerous ways through the course of it. If you don't have an understanding of my intent by this point I am not sure that I can put it in a way to help you to understand it better. Again, not trying to be rude....just frustrated. Several others have understood...maybe their words would be easier for you to interpret than mine.
