if he didnt share a good majority of my kinks(the list is embarrassingly long) i would not consider him for a Master or Dom...not ALL but a majority
Edited to add: i have spent OVER half my life married to a wonderful man(still married to him)that shares exactly ZERO of my fetishes, so i would naturally seek a Master or Dom that i could share and do the things i havent had the opportunity to before.

Regarding the law enforcement issue; I am not one to make sweeping generalizations but...my last relationship was with a cop and he was unable to communicate, became cold and withdrawn and violent. I have family members who are cops and they became the same way. Someone said it earlier that when you are exposed to criminals and corruption, you yourself sometimes put up certain walls or conversely, if you are attracted to that field, you had some issues to being with.

Any other man I have ever met who was in law enforcement was too controlling and hostile and negative enough for me to know to stay away.

Other deal breaker or concerns: lying, not doing what he said he would do, negative attitude about life, racist comments, not liking animals, having no friends, inability to laugh or smile (I am not kidding, my ex hardly ever laughed and I ignored it, big red flag!), inflexibility, wanting poly or any multiples, not over his exes, too much drama with his ex and his kids, someone who is always late, too religious and not having the same interests or willing to try.

For me it would have to be rudeness.

I know some people just don't click and things may not be what you're looking for, but if someone takes the time to email you a note of hello, I think it only proper and polite to respond even if it's with a simple "Sorry, not what I'm looking for" or something to that effect.

a history of drug use

here is an interesting one,i recently started a conversation with a sub she started to respond,in my slave prospectus i told her what i wanted,said yes to it all then the deal breaker,i told her i wanted her on birth control,said no at that point,i dont want another daughter the first one was a handful enough lol
