I know of 3 groups around the Little Rock area in Arkansas, and there is a stable group up north Arkansas. I have enjoyed the groups, especially when they met at my Sirs and my house. Bit of bickering and elitism but generally ok. I do find it interesting that we have groups in most reasonable sized towns. I'm sure there is a really good reason for that - but damned if i know what.

@wanttwobeowned you must be lucky because I live in Alabama and I have found more close minded people in the state...I live in the NW corner and we cannot get anybody to come to munches in our local area.... I tried to visit Huntsville and went to 4 munches but they said they would not accept me in their groups. I contacted Birmingham and they said that I needed to go closer to home... so I have given up in this state...

Amethyst - this is a really old thread and will probably be locked. A lot of the original posters aren't here anymore.

If you want to talk about the problems you're having with local muches why not start a new thread? Some of the current posters might have some advice.

Florida is off the hook. You can't swing a dead cat by the tail w/o hitting a freaky fetish person. The state is BDSM insane.

Edited to add-Cripes, just saw a Stephann post and got excited, then realized the thread was from freaking 07
