Status: offline 		CM does not have a TOS.  They have allowed racial slurs, attacks, and other rediculous items to be printed on their website.
It needs to stop, and as long as we keep bringing it up, it won't.  Please let us act like American Adults and not like our anncestors and continue this epic of racial hatred.  Enough hatred is enough.

She’s actually a very nice lady…..Over the last few years we've traded a number of emails back and forth.  

I guess the biggest question mark for me revolves around why in one thread, you, as a practicing attorney, aspire to achieve /reach greater heights by earning over-and-above the equivalent in the legal field of a doctorate, yet in another thread you’ve devolved into participating and becoming offended over the likes of a discussion surrounding Dwayne ''Dog'' Chapman, the trailer-trash bounty hunter who talks *really* slowwwww……    

No matter how you look at it, it doesn’t make much sense!

For a start there are quite clear TOS for the site, the problem always lies with how people view things. You viewed a thread the other day as an attack because it was against something you believe in. I saw it as someone stating their opinion. I have often seen moderators stop threads when the argument becomes personal instead of people expressing their views. Censorship needs to be done carefully to allow people to air their views without attacking an individual. To be honest I think CM achieves that pretty well. Often the censorship is achieved by the individuals on this site and there is no need for the moderators to become involved.

For your information MissSCD this is an international site and not a US one. There are members here from all over the world not just the US. I am english and I know that there are many other nationalities here so I would rather behave as a adult as I can never be an American adult.

Perhaps you did not read all of the thread previously.  This is at the top of this category that this thread is located on, and was quoted by a previous poster.

As the description for this section states, this is a forum for the open discussion of any and all topics of interest. Its fine to debate politics and religion here... and just about anything else you want to bring up.

Keep the discussions civil and mature.

Subjects which are unacceptable regardless of circumstance include, but are not limited to - minors, bestiality, incest, necrophilia, snuff and criminal activities. Any other questions of acceptability will be determined based on the content of the given essay.

Keep the discussions civil and mature, and do not insult the kinks, preferences, lifestyles, etc. of others.

She may be totally nice, that was not what I said.  I still stand by my post that she has not been seen for months, and when I visited the other place months and months ago, I saw her talk about how nice it was to be able to post there versus here where she didn't feel as comfortable.  When she does start posting here, I saw numerous threads that were POSSIBLY started with the intent to see if flames could be sparked.

My opinion only, but it is what it is.

Now then people i will try to explain that there is only one group of people that we can make fun of here and not get any fall out over.  There is only one group that we can make fun of and have no one of said group post that they are pissed off at us for what we said.  So from this point on everyone should only make fun of those damn buggie driving amish that wont get out of our way on the road.  To make comments about any other group will only make someone feel slighted.

If you do not like what someone posts, then use the block feature. You are an adult, so try handling things like it, and ignore things you do not like, unless they directly effect you.

You were asked to provide details of these racial slurs. Perhaps you read more into them than others do. You said very much the same thing on a thread about not participating in religion. It would certainly be interesting to see the threads that you see these slurs in.
