Well she's not exactly dangerous, but about 20 years ago, my middle sister who isn't known for her cooking skills, insisted on bringing deviled eggs for our July 4th bbq. So we reluctantly agreed. She shows up with the eggs and they "looked" normal, until all of us popped one in our mouths. For those who aren't familiar with the process of making deviled eggs, you generally finish them off by sprinkling paprika on top for a little flavor and color. She had no clue what paprika was, and the only thing she knew of that was a red spice was Cayenne Pepper!! And she was reaaaaaaalllll generous with it too!!!! [sm=anger.gif] People were coughing and spitting out deviled eggs right and left! My Mother was a good cook in her cooking days, but she had never ventured into the realm of cajun cooking until the day she decided to make chicken/sausage jambalaya. It ended up looking like oatmeal with meat in it and the dog wouldn't even eat it! [:D]
