And how does gitmo help with that?

Looks like gitmo caused that.

Gitmo is one of the best recruiting tool they have.

Obama`s take`n that tool away from them.

Bub-bye gitmo.

and you know this how?
any facts ?
or are we going to go with "FEELINGS , Nothing more then feelings"
which is what libs love to think are facts.
but then again its easy to sit back and snipe at ever turn.
well we will see how barry does. and we will sit and snipe at every turn,
lets see he has a tax cheat in charge of the treasury, he has an as AG some one who worked REAL hard at getting another tax cheat pardoned. And according to bob woodword, he has another tax/nany issue in the wings.
ohh yes and NO lobbiest in his administration. That worked for what 3 days.

Turn about is fair play!
Let the Games begin.

ummm, common sense?

That and the fact that terror attacks(worldwide) are going up,not down.

So obviously, the neo-con approach has failed miserably.

How many examples of bush-bungling do you need?

Well, here`s another.

Of the two hundred and forty or so of the gitmo detainees, only twenty one have been charged.

And it looks like most of those cases will need to be retried or tossed.

That goober had 7 years to act and that`s all he did?Just 21,while the rest are turned into hating terrorists?

I think 7 years in an animal cage ,at the very least would turn any innocent into a monster.

And the dolts who did this stupidity, putting over 220 men and UMs(uninvolved in terror) into prison(to be ruined as men),
now want to tell us how to clean their mess.

Talk about nerve.

...and you're not here for the distraction?

Facts are, Gitmo lost the USA a ton of respect around the world. Same as a bully doesn't gain respect from anyone. Closing Gitmo is an excellent first step to repairing Americas image....and, a respected USA is a force for good in the world. A rogue USA, disrespecting even its own laws is not.
