I always put myself down when he & I chatted and he never participated. He & I talked about it & he made sure this was something I could handle. Once that was established all bets were off!! I can't honestly say why I enjoy it, maybe because it lets me know my place w/him.

I believe in order to be subjected to this kind of behaviour you have to have a strong sense of self worth and to have a healthy mental attitude. For me, its a healthy sense of release.
But thats my opinion only and many wouldnt agree. Each to his own.

I think that verbal and other forms of humiliation work for some because..well, they can be erotic. I'm not talking about degradation so much...but rather the kind of verbal humiliation that reinforces the submissive as a sexual object in that moment. Objectification in the right context with a person who already has a strong sense of self identity can be extremely hot...because, who wouldn't get off by being told they are a "filthy hot sexy fucking whore"? ;)
