If you choose to sleep with a woman, and wish to avoid any unwanted consequences, then the solution is simple. Take responsibility for your own fertility.

The responsibility is incurred when you choose to participate in sex. It doesn't materialise magically afterwards. If you can't take the consequences, prevent them. If you are unable to prevent them, then don't participate. What could be simpler? Or fairer?

But if you do participate, and fail to prevent the consequences, then take responsibility for your share of the outcome you helped create. Simple isn't it?

A man is trapped by a woman only if he is raped. Otherwise, he is a consenting adult who goes into the act knowing the potential outcome could be pregnancy.

Hint: Women going to Walgreens for PAP smears is about as likely as guys calling Roto Rooter to schedule prostate exams.

As Tazzy's link confirms, 350 out of about 7000 Walgreens stores in this country have 'doc in the box' clinics. Said clinics do not provide women's services such as PAP smears or breast exams.

The idiots claiming that Walgreens is a substitute for PP are either flamingly ignorant or straight up lying out their ass. Either way, they are legitimate targets for the women they are so blithely dismissing to have a bit of fun at their expense. I have no idea why this gets your panties in a twist.
