<-- this girl with bewbage does lots of pushups. Never ever do girl pushups on your knees. You don't get any real fast benefit doing them that way because you never build up your core and that's where a lot of your strength for a pushup comes from. Start doing wall pushups, with your feet a couple feet away from the wall. Then do pushups on a high counter, then a regular dining table, then a coffee table, then the floor. Its progressive and can take a while to build up the strength to move on to the next step, but you'll get there and still be getting all the work of a reg pushup, that you wouldn't be getting if your knees were on the ground. If you want to keep going after you get the reg pushups down, turn around and go back up the progressions, but instead of putting your hands higher and higher, put your feet higher and higher. I can't do a full handstand push up yet but I can do them with my feet on a bar that's about my shoulder height.
