Okay, So I fell behind while dealing with school and some family issues. However, the last two weeks I've slowly been working myself back into things. I ran 2.5 miles today in a very hilly atmosphere. I'm going to buy a smaller medicine ball, a set of heavier free weights, and a jump rope so that I can vary my routine up a bit. I really like running, but I know that I cannot get stuck in a workout routine or it's not going to work for me. On the plus side minus the last three days I've been eating really healthy. Trying some new inventive vegetarian meals and I got one of those magic bullet blender/food processor things for christmas and I'm excited to make some hot spicy hummus and bruschetta and some other fun healthy things.
