Thanks Annie, When I had gained the 3 lbs the 1st time, I went on a diet of Greek Yogurt, Muscle Milk, and chicken, eggs, grits, smashed taters, or something of the like. I had to keep my protein up, which might I add is a bitch to do, plus try to shake the plateau, needless to say, it did NOT work LOL I'll check in tomorrow after I weigh myself & let you all know if I shook it or not. If I get below 260 it's time to party, that means I broke it (I hope) LOL though the cruise I'm going on next week isn't going to help much. Lauri
