You are looking for a shortcut to the actual work. A "real" corset is going to run you several hundred dollars. There are several different types, so no, all of them wouldn't help with your posture. They will, as others have pointed out, make your muscles weaker as they will allow you to continue to not hold yourself up properly. If the program was a "waste of 2 hours" last time, one of two things is going on. Your doctor has misdiagnosed your problem, or you didn't do everything they told you to do. Honestly, your weight is a serious issue here. I'm not a skinny chick, and understand how hard losing weight can be, but there just isn't a short cut. Regularly remind yourself to sit up straight. Have your partner and the others who see you daily also remind you when you are slouching. Yep, it is going to be painful to sit/stand straight. Over time you will be able to do it longer before it becomes unbearable. Over time, you will, as with any other behavior modification, start to sit/stand straight without being reminded. Bonus is that just sit/standing straight/with proper posture, will be an exercise in itself, especially in the beginning.
