This right here is a key to what is going on. Anger turned upon yourself becomes depression. If you have tried many things that did not work, then your own internal self awareness of your own behavior needs to be improved. Cognetive Behavioral Therapy can help a lot with this, and if you are willing to read and study, you can do it yourself. It requires a lot, mainly facing your own internal demons that you do not even realize are there until you find it. How do I know these things? Been there, done it, went through the flames and came through the other side. So can you, one step at a time. quote:
