My only problem with this whole thing is like I stated....it could be an unhealthy way to have a relationship, let alone be the reason why they are attracted to bdsm. How many times have see seen on these boards of the lovey dovey internet slave who is all heartbroken because her dream Master that she's never met was exactly as what she pictured in the above monologue? How many times do we see couples break up because of the starry eyed romanticism above because they couldn't look past the fantasy? Oh littlewonder, you make a really good point. I just wanted to make sure chatterbox24 didn't feel too set upon. You're right though, the "ideal" of the "super masculine - yet oh-so intouch with his feminine side" Dom dude is a pretty unrealistic proposition. I wish there were more like me <fans face>, but we're rare <wipes tear>

Not every woman is submissive "instinctively". I think it is rude that you are trying to stand over her like the all-knowing grandmother saying "one day he will come". It is definitely a case where i"m happy for you, and yet for myself it's something I hope I never run into because I'd die laughing. As for the above statement....really? You know, there's danger is assuming that everyone is the same, surely you'd have seen on here by now that people follow their own paths.
