tazzy, did I SAY I blame this on President Obama??? Did you read the words that I typed? The ONLY point I agree with Sanity on, IS Black Unemployment rate has jumped. Sanity is attempting to blame President Obama, of course that is BULLSHIT. Black unemployment actually has jack shit, to do with President Obama, it has to do with this economy. I said that Blacks are being hit hardest, period. We are THE race being affected the most, struggling the most, and falling behind the most. I also said that I rarely see THIS topic being mentioned around here. I understand why it is not an issue for MOST on these boards, but it is an issue of concern for ME. College Degrees and Black Unemployment Joblessness and Race 2012 NY Times Article- Blacks Miss Out as Jobs Rebound in the City Black Unemployment Grows, EVEN as economy adds jobs!

Help break up the unions, and increase the number of poor and disenfranchised? That's seed corn we haven't even grown yet--gone. We had a sustainable system, turning surpluses. Conservatives cut its funding and increased its spending, borrowing to cover the cost and inflating the money supply to smooth over one recession only to find a second recession with near-zero interest rates, no viable fiscal policy, and a huge structural deficit in place. Not to mention adding a huge new bureaucracy. Everything you say they're against. It's not true. They only believe it's true.
