Arnold (before West Point) Morgan, Greene and several others on or side were better at fighting battles. And their supply help was invaluable. However this was in response to the assertion that the French won the war.

It's a conspiracy theory because your statement is nonsense and posting a map of the world which is totally unrelated to the topic doesn't change the fact that it's nonsense. The legislation you read out is about reciprocal agreements regarding citizens. That is all. The Queen of England cannot 'modify' social security any more than she can do anything else. Aside from the fact that the legislation has absolutely nothing to do with modifying American social security, the Queen is merely a titular head of state and does not actually possess any power. Power is vested in the Parliament and has been for a fuck of a long time. The Queen could write a document proclaiming that Americans have to pay her taxes and nobody would care, since the Parliament would never ratify it and the American government wouldn't give a fuck about it. You just don't get it. Any law has to be enforced by a judicial branch which recognises its legitimacy. A foreign law has to be recognised by the executive branch under some form of treaty. Claiming that secret laws exist which allow secret things to happen is complete, batshit-crazy insanity. Laws only have force in societies which recognise their legitimacy. They are not the secret cheat code to the universe and do not invoke mystical powers which magically override American sovereignty and self-interest. Do you realise that most of the time, your posts look like you're madly mumbling away to yourself? You're certainly not communicating your points to anyone.

My Mother in law, got a pension from the UK and a smaller one to make up the difference in "standard of living" from canadian funds My husband who is now of pension age, having worked half in the UK(and half in Canada including 12 years in HMAF) gets all of his pension from the Canadian government. Which was decided back in Gasp,...97!!! More bullshit upon more bullshit, and obfuscation prevails

i want to put my two cents in. i think that Washington's quality of being able to keep us in the war with the Brits was exactly what was needed. The British had had some reverses before, but that had not stopped them. Had Yorktown occured at the beginning of the war, it would not have stopped them. Washington showed the British that we could take a beating and not be beaten. The fact that the Americans were able to hang on, that we were able to attract support from the French and others. A minor insurection was becomming a world war. Now a major battle is lost. It was not that we won all the battles or even one in particular. We were too much trouble. Ever hear of a place called Viet Nam?

They were at war with England at the time, and the French would have laughed at the Quebec Act. But they and the Spaniards fleets and armies in league could not secure Jamaica nor any of the other mischief they tried in the Caribbean after their contribution to Cornwallis' defeat.

Well for all those Americans according to the Treaty of Paris 1783, that was treaty that ended the American Revolutionary War, one provision was for the Americans to pay and or return land and property the Rebels took from the Tories, those Loyal to King George, some 500,000 in America. However, that was never paid nor property returned, in fact many states like Virgina passed laws to prevent the payment or return of property to Tories. About 100,000 Tories left the US and were compsated by the Bristish for their loss.

Many of the reactionaries and counter revolutionaries took their slaves and ended up settled in what is now Ontario, in that they were not wanted in Quebec, and the Maritimes could support neither their numbers, nor their slaves, much as the types of Cubans who fled to Miami from the Cuban revolution. Unfortunately a certain number darkened other Caribbean and Latin American lands for many years.
